Ofcom has published a short re-consultation on the market definition elements of the Wholesale Broadband Access (WBA) review.
On 23 March, Ofcom published a review of the WBA market. However, based on responses to that consultation and the fact that since publishing it Orange has entered into an agreement with BT for the supply of WBA services, Ofcom is re-consulting on its proposed market definitions.
